Is this real gambling?
No. There is no payment system anywhere on this site. You cannot deposit money, and tokens cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred. Nothing you win or lose here has any monetary value. It is a game that simulates the feel of a casino, nothing more.
Can I buy tokens?
No, and you never will be able to. There is no checkout and no payment processor connected to this site. Tokens come from the daily grant, sponsor breaks, and invite bonuses only.
Where do my free tokens come from?
You get 500 tokens every 24 hours, automatically — the countdown is on your Wallet page. If you run out early you can watch a short break for 150 more, up to five times a day.
I lost my tokens after clearing my browser. Can you restore them?
Unfortunately not. Your progress is saved inside your own browser rather than on our servers, which means we never had a copy to restore. It also means switching phone or browser starts you fresh. The upside is that we hold no data about you at all.
Why do I keep losing over a long session?
Because the maths is real. A single-zero roulette wheel has a 2.7% house edge, and we kept it in every game. Over enough spins any balance drifts downward — that is arithmetic, not bad luck, and it is exactly what happens in a real casino. Here it just costs you nothing.
Are the games rigged?
No. Every result is drawn at random before payouts are calculated, and nothing adapts to what you staked or how you've been doing. Roulette uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator.
How do invite bonuses work?
Your Profile page has a personal invite link. Anyone who opens it gets 250 bonus tokens on arrival. It's one bonus per device, so it can't be farmed by reloading.

The short version: you can play Pocket37 without telling us anything at all. There is no account, no login and no payment. The only personal information we ever hold is an email address, and only if you deliberately type one in to join our list.
1. Playing without giving us anything
Your token balance, statistics, player name and round history are stored in your own browser using localStorage. That data lives on your device. We have no copy of it and no way to read it. Clear your browser data, switch browsers or change device and it is gone — we cannot restore it, because we never had it.
We also store a flag recording that you confirmed you are 18 or over, your sound preference, and a referral code if you arrived through someone's invite link.
2. Your email, if you give it
If you choose to join our mailing list, we collect your email address only. We use it to send you occasional updates about Pocket37 — new games, features and changes. That's it.
We will not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete you at any time by writing to support@pocket37.com. Signing up is entirely optional and nothing in the games is locked behind it.
Your address is held by our email provider on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms. If we change provider, this page will be updated.
3. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people open. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregated information such as page URL, referring site, approximate country and browser type. We cannot identify an individual visitor from it.
4. Referrals
If you share your invite link, we do not learn who you sent it to. When someone arrives using a link, their browser stores the code locally so we can grant a one-off token bonus. No profile is built, and no connection is recorded between you and the people you invite.
5. Advertising
Pocket37 currently shows no real advertising. The "watch for tokens" break is a placeholder and no ad network is connected to this site.
We intend to introduce advertising in future, because it is how a free site pays for itself. When we do, we will update this page before any third-party ad code goes live, and we will name the partner and describe what it collects. Ad networks typically collect device and browsing information to select ads. If you would rather know in advance, join the mailing list — we will say so there too.
6. Cookies
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may set essential cookies required for security and delivery. If advertising is introduced later, that partner may set its own cookies, and this page will say so at that point.
7. Children
Pocket37 is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up to our list, contact us and we will delete the address immediately.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under UK/EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for marketing.
In practice, the only personal data we hold is your email address, if you gave it. Write to support@pocket37.com and we will action any of the above. Everything else is on your own device: clear your browser data, or use Reset my progress on the Wallet page.
9. Where your data is handled
Pocket37 is served from Cloudflare's global network, so requests are handled at whichever location is nearest you. Any email address you provide may be stored outside your country by our email provider.
10. Changes
We will update this policy as the site develops, and the date at the top will change. For anything that materially affects your data — such as introducing advertising — we will make the change here before the new behaviour goes live.

Pocket37 is a free entertainment website that simulates casino games. No real money is involved at any point, in either direction. You cannot deposit and there is nothing to withdraw.
1. Who can use this
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By entering you confirm this. Using Pocket37 must also be lawful where you are; simulated-gambling content is restricted in some places and it is your responsibility to know your local rules.
2. Tokens have no value
Tokens are a scoreboard and nothing else. They:
- cannot be bought — we operate no payment system of any kind;
- cannot be exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn for cash, cryptocurrency, prizes, goods or services;
- cannot be transferred between players;
- are not property, carry no value, and may be reset or changed at any time.
Nothing here is a wager and no winnings exist. Losing tokens costs you nothing.
3. This is not gambling, and it is not practice for gambling
These games use the same mathematics real casinos use, including the same house edge. A long session will trend downward — that is arithmetic, not misfortune. Doing well here says nothing about how you would do with real money, and the odds shown are not a guide to any real-money product.
4. Your player profile
Any name or avatar you choose is stored on your own device, not on our servers. Don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes anyone's rights. Since it is stored locally it is generally visible only to you, but the same standard applies to anything you share publicly.
5. Referrals
You may share your invite link freely. Do not spam it, post it where it is not permitted, or misrepresent what Pocket37 is in order to get clicks. Referral bonuses are token grants with no cash value and we may change, limit or withdraw them at any time, including where we believe they are being gamed.
6. Email and marketing
Joining our mailing list is optional and you may leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us. We will only send you things about Pocket37. We will not sell your address.
7. Advertising
Pocket37 is free and we intend to fund it with advertising. Adverts may appear in future, including optional "watch for tokens" breaks. Watching will always be optional and will never be required to keep playing — the daily free token grant is not conditional on it. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they lead to.
8. Your progress
Progress is stored in your browser. We do not back it up and cannot recover it. Clearing browser data, switching device or using private browsing will lose it. We may change or reset balances, multipliers and payout tables at any time.
9. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, and don't modify local data to misrepresent results to others. Since nothing here has value, cheating mostly wastes your own time — but we reserve the right to block abusive traffic.
10. Availability, changes and liability
Pocket37 is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
